Apply. Use Copy to place the
formatted signature on your clipboard for Gmail, Outlook, or Apple
Mail.

These steps were written from the current official help pages for
each mail client. Any Copy Signature button below
will apply your latest edits first, then copy the signature so
you can paste it into the signature editor in your mail app.
Gmail
Click Copy Signature on this page.
Open Gmail in a desktop browser.
In the top-right corner of Gmail, click the
gear icon, then click
See all settings.
Under the General tab, find the
Signature section.
Create a signature if needed, click into the editor, and
paste the copied signature.
In Signature defaults, set
For new emails use to this signature. If you
also want it on replies and forwards, set
On reply/forward use to the same signature.
In new Outlook for Windows, click the
gear icon in the top-right corner, then go
to Accounts > Signatures.
In classic Outlook for Windows, click
New Email, then in the compose window open
Message > Signature > Signatures.
Create a new signature and give it a name.
Paste the copied signature into the editor.
In new Outlook for Windows, under
Choose default signatures, select the
correct account, then set the signature for
New messages and
Replies/forwards if you want it to apply
automatically.
In classic Outlook for Windows, use the
E-mail account,
New messages, and
Replies/forwards dropdowns in the
Signatures and Stationery window.
With Outlook active, use the macOS menu bar in the
top-left corner of the screen and choose
Outlook > Settings.
In the Settings window, under Email, click
Signatures.
Create a new signature or rename the default one.
Paste the copied signature into the signature editor.
Under Choose default signature, select the
correct account, then set the signature for
New messages and
Replies/forwards if you want it to apply
automatically.
With Apple Mail active, use the macOS menu bar in the
top-left corner of the screen and choose
Mail > Settings.
In the Settings window, click the
Signatures tab.
Select the email account that should use the signature.
Create a new signature, click into the preview area, and
paste the copied signature.
In the same settings window, with the account selected, use
the Choose Signature dropdown to set that
signature as the default for that account. If you do not set
a default, users must choose it manually in each compose
window.
